Report: CEO says each UAC plant lacks thousands of workers

MOSCOW, Aug 16 (PRIME) – Employee deficit is the main challenge for United Aircraft Corporation (UAC), as each needs thousands of workers, CEO Yury Slyusar told channel Rossiya 24 late on Tuesday.

"Our hiring plan for each facility counts thousands. We are raising the salaries, improving the labor conditions, launching modern highly-productive equipment. Still, the manpower deficit is, perhaps, the key challenge we are facing,"

The official also said that the upgrade of the plants was made in accordance with the plan.
